Galilean Suite
The four movements Io, Callisto, Ganymede and Europa total around 67 minutes; respectively 22, 12, 20 and 13. Whilst I recommend the movement be performed in the order as composed, they share no thematic material and can be performed individually or in whatever order is preferred.
The Suite is scored for large orchestra: 2+picc, 2, 2, 2+contra - 4, 3, 2+bass, 1, timp, perc(4), celesta, hp, str (14/12/10/8/6, minimum 10/8/6/4/4 to account for divisi and balancing):
